Videos not playing after renewing subscription

Hi,

We run a video based learning module on the platform. We lost access for a little while due to subscription charges. Ever since it has been renewed, I am not able to access the videos on the platform.
Please suggest what to do

A few questions:

Can you access your Media Services account in the Azure portal?

Is the streaming endpoint started (this is often stopped and forgotten about if there is a subscription change).

Are you using a CDN? Then there's the more core troubleshooting:

If you paste a video URL into https://ampdemo.azureedge.net/ does it work?

Is the URL expired?

What response do you get if you just paste the streaming URL into a browser. (the response for a /manifest request is usually that the browser downloads the manifest if it is a Smooth or DASH manifest. If it is HLS it may play directly in the browser. If the download doesn't occur, do you get an error? Fiddler can help here).
