Is there a way where we can check if there is any existing custom policy is in effect for the tenant in Identity Experience Framework?

I just joined the organization and also beginner in Azure portal, trying to create custom sign in flow.
I am not sure if I upload TrustFrameworkBase.xml and other SignUpOrSignIn.xml files, it will overwrite the existing policy defined by someone else.
Please advise.
