Hi Von57&,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. Based on my research , this problem may relate to block 3th party cookie in their browser. Or some unknown reason with browser. You mentioned the problem happened when you access O365, does it mean you can’t access Office 365 portal? Or you can’t access other Office 365 service, like SharePoint?
We will try our best to help resolve this problem. So, we suggest you try these methods and see the results:
- Change to another browser and go to portal.office.com to try to sign in.
- Please go to Settings of browser and clear the data of it. Then go to portal.office.com.
- If you used IE, please try to enable cookies in IE:
- elect the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select “Internet Options“.
- Click on the “Privacy” tab
- Click on the "Sites" button
- Mention the Address of the website as "https://portal.office.com" (as you use for the logon)
- Select "Allow"->”OK”
If not this case, can you provide the related information for us to investigate further:
- When did this issue happened?
- Where do you want to access? Office 365 portal, SharePoint site or OneDrive?
- Which is the browser you used? Does it happen to all browsers or just one browser?
Regards,
Ivy
