Hooked it up to my home wifi network, which is secured with password, and after just beginning to set it up with my info, i am unable to open Settings, Connect button shows multiple connections, in addition to the ONE I'm aware of, the new comp through my home network to the WWW. Shows two ETHERNET connections, and I don't even Have AN ETHERNET CABLE PLUGGED IN.. right now, as I type, the whole screen launches me onto a new seperate tab, which is perpetually opening on UI Picker.... which I do not understand. I cannot blue tooth to my older notebook to transfer files.. I cannot see apps list in settings, or CHOOSE anything in settings.... please help! My security feature (when I could open it) says there's a .... boot.. installed.. and another service above that.. but at the bottom of the list, says STANDARD SECURITY SOFTWARE NOT SUPPORTED!!! It's a brand new computer... There is also a connection titled unidentified network..... that does not appear in other areas of connections... i've been trying to fix for two days now... can't work... need to fix or return the computer...

If there is any concern for malware or hacking you can clean install Windows.

Drivers and applications need to be reinstalled.

After the clean install you can make free backup images.

Then if there are any problems in the future you can restore the image.
