microsoft clarity recordings inconsistency

Hi there, we recently set up Microsoft clarity on our website and find it a good tool to understand customer behaviour though we have noticed a lot of recordings inconsistency. By this I mean, we watch through a recording and find that the client is seeing a broken version of the site, it seems that CSS is broken, text shown in times new roman, styles broken, then half way through the recording, as the client clicks on a new link the site seems to be okay, all is back to normal.

But when I watch through the same recording a few seconds later, the journey is exactly the same, by this I mean the visitor follows the same path but the recording no longer shows a broken site. The whole recording shows no issue at all.

If I watch through 20 recordings, 5 have this exact same issue but then when viewing a second time, the issue is gone.

I cleared browser history but I don't see how this relates as its the same path that the client follows, the only difference is that the first time we view the recording the site seems to be missing half its style, then the second time we watch the same recording the site is okay.

Does anyone have any feedback or anything that I can do to understand why?
