How to enable How to enable User Input Delay per Process on windows 10 21H1 and Server 2019?

Good day,

I'm unable to add counters User Input Delay per Process or User Input Delay per Session on windows 10 21H1 and Windows Server 2019 in the Performance Monitor application. I was following the article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/remote/remote-desktop-services/rds-rdsh-performance-counters.

Although It says that on my systems it should work without any actions, i also tried to add registry setting using recommended in the article Powershell command.

Would you please help me with this question?
