Hi,

I'd need to show in PowerPoint an excel table with a scroll bar, which can be operated (scrolled) directly from the slide. Is this possible please?

Thanks,

GP

    Hi GP,

I would suggest you try the following steps to check if it can meet your requirement:

    1.Go File >Options >Customize Ribbon >Enable Developer

2.Access Developer tab >Click Text Box (Active X control) in Controls

    3.Select a range you desired

4.Select the box and right-click to access Property Sheet

5.Click the drop-down box next to "ScrollBars" and select "2 - frmScrollBarsVertical."

6.Click the drop-down box next to "WordWrap" and select "True."

7.Click the drop-down box next to "MultiLine" and select "True."

8.Right-click the Text Box to select TextBox Object >Edit

9.Copy the range of your spreadsheet and paste the numbers into it.

10.You will get the scroll bar both in Normal or Slide Show modeĀ  as shown in the following figure:

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Eli
