How can I insert a PDF with multiple pages into OneNote Office 365 so that each PDF page goes on its own OneNote page instead of one after the other on the same page

As the title says. I used to use Goodnotes on iPad to import the PDF and then be able to annotate it using the pencil. Now I have just got Office 365 I thought I would start using OneNote instead so that my notes could be synced across my PC and iPad, but I can't get the PDF's to insert the same as they do on Goodnotes. It makes it tricky to find seperate PDF pages when going back and forth on different pages and also I can't get the pages to print properly (i.e. one pdf page per actual sheet of A4). Thanks for your help.

To make it possible you have to met 3 conditions:

    1. use OneNote 2016
    2. set this option: ![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/682cc33d-8b6d-4fcc-b625-a0e6d769c002?platform=QnA

I only have the version of OneNote that comes with Office 365. Is there a similar option to select on this version? I can't find it in the settings menu, which seems like it has a lot less settings to adjust than your screenshot.

Also, does that option only split pdf's on to seperate OneNote pages if the pdf has 10 or more pages? Because that wouldn't solve the problem either as many of my pdf's have less than 10 pages but I still want them to be inserted on a page for page basis. I understand that everyone's needs are different but surely there should be options to chose how inserting pdf's is handled?

No similar settings in OneNote for Windows 10.

    OneNote 2016:

Yes, there is the mentioned 10 page limit.

Thanks for your reply. So is there any way to achieve what I want with Office 365 version of OneNote? Or do I need to revert to Goodnotes? A shame if so.
