New Item - No All options appaers

Hi,
I'm working with MVC.
Why can't I add a class (the option is not displayed) when a I click on add->new element? I can add few object.

    Hi, @Simone Marchetti , I'm afraid there's something wrong with the installation. Is this project the first one after you installing visual studio? Or did you update the client recently? I recommend you to re-install the visual studio 2019, here's the tutorial for installation.

    By the way, I prefer to use English as the language option, it's must be the most compatible choice.
