Mail merge with attachments not working even using Merge Tools

Hi,

I have downloaded merge tools and added it to the word startup. i followed all the steps on the youtube video and all seemed well. However when i did the merge with attachments, it didn't go to the email addresses i selected from the excel list. I tried it 5 times! i am only choosing the first 2 email addresses to send to as i want to test it before i send the email to clients. Please help...I'm at my wits end!

    Did you select the Send Now option.  If you did not, the messages would be saved to a Merge Tools folder under the Drafts folder in Outlook.

    Hi Manje,

    As per your description since you are using Merge Tools Add-In to use the Mail Merge with Attachments.

    I did some research and found many people were helped by Word MVP Doug Robbins's suggestion; you may also try these threads:

    Thanks for sharing updates with us.

    Regarding to, “How do i know when i am using Outlook in Office and Outlook on the desktop application? “the Outlook Web App is different from the Outlook Client, so some features in the outlook client may be not available in the Outlook Web App.

    If possible, could you please add more clarifications for better understand regarding to your concern.
