Hello I also have the same problem with my surface - what shall I do? I have already cleared the cash etc but it does not solve the issue... Thanks
MS Teams error - "We can't get your files. We are working on getting them back".
I have a customer who has recently created a new group within teams and wants to upload files for a group of about 6 people. When she created it, she was greeted with the error message "We cant get your files. We are working on getting them back". This doesent make sense though as no files have been uploaded yet as its a brand new teams group??????.
Thanks
Luke :)

2020-06-30T08:52:51+00:00 I have this problem too. I uninstalled the desktop version but the files were still unavailable on the web. I reinstalled the desktop version and now I have a slightly different error message:
You don't have access to these files
Please check if the site is available and retry.

2020-08-19T19:30:08+00:00 Hi,
I am having the same issue but only with creating a new Team Channel. All of my other Teams Pages/Uploads are working as intended.
Please advise as I went through and cleared the cache per the instructions in this chain and I am still getting the same error message.
Thank you,
Joleen Day

2020-08-22T20:52:00+00:00 Dear Darpan,
Dear MS,
I am experiencing this problem. Moreover EVERYONE in my team has this problem. No one can access our files anymore. As we are using teams as a space to work together on the same files, I'm pretty disappointed (that is an understatement) no one can access our files anymore and we can't get back to any of them.
