I no longer have access to my microsoft learning account because I don't work for that company anymore and the email has been disabled. How can I get back into my dashboard?

I no longer have access to my microsoft learning account because I don't work for that company anymore and the email has been disabled. I have a new Microsoft account with my current organization. What do I need to do to get back into my dashboard so my certifications are visible?
