getting this error message. How can I fix this?

    Hi Nicky Bell,

    From the error message, it seems that you currently can’t send emails from an Outlook.com or Microsoft live account? To better help you, may I collect following information from you for checking?

    1. The account type, is it a Microsoft personal account (like Outlook.com), or a Microsoft 365 for Business online account? And you can’t send emails from that account? Or can't send emails to some accounts? You can share more details of how the issue occurred, so that we can have a better overview of it. 
    2. How long has this issue last? By my searching, some customers reported that this kindly of issue could be automatically resolved itself. If it just happened, I recommend you wait for a while, like one day, then check if issue persists, for this error often occurs when an IP address suddenly starts sending large amounts of email in a short period of time.
    3. Is it the full error report? If not, may I collect the full report email for checking?
