Try update Windows 11.
This is a known issue and I recommend you to open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Settings>System>Recovery>Go Back is not working in Windows 11 Insider.

The 'Go Back' option in settings>recovery is not working and showing that this option is no longer available on your PC and I
am stuck in Windows 11 Insider.
