    Hello Mohammad,

According to the error message, we can know that the current you are using is not supported and it recommends using other supported browsers. May I confirm you have tried the latest version of Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browsers but the issue persists?

If so, may I know the URL you are trying to access?

Considering this question is posted in the "Microsoft 365 Apps or Office 365 Business" category, I would like to suggest you ask other colleagues to confirm whether they could encounter the same error message during accessing the same URL.

If you are the only one experiencing this issue, you may log into the same URL with your account through one of your colleague's computers if it's convenient, this can identify whether this issue is related to the local environment.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    Best Regards,

    Hugo
