Windows 11 lost digital license after hardware upgrade and update to v22000.120

Can't restore digital license after hardware upgrade and update to 22000.120. Get "servers are busy" error which never really means that in my experience and just means there's an activation error.

    Actually the URL is not a missing page, but it's redirect request to open your Feedback Hub App. When you have Feedback Hub App installed it'll be opened to relevant section.
