Scratching my head I need help with a LUN on 2 Hyper-V Hosts but the data isn't synced

Hello,
I have an issue that I can't seem to understand and I need some help.
I have 2 brand new servers with a SAN. I configured the SAN with iSCSi. I am able from to see the LUN from both servers but the data isn't replicating and I can't understand why.
The servers have several NIC cards
I tried a few things, I tried to give each NIC it's own assigned IP, I tried to team the NICs, nothing I do seems to give access to the same data.
In VMWare it is much simpler, but I feel like I'm missing a step here to get all the data to be synced properly.
Can someone please help me out.

    Hey,

    You need to create Failover Cluster and add your LUN to Cluster Shared Volumes to be have simultaneous access to the LUN from both Hyper-V nodes and create VMs on top. The following guide will walk you through the configuration process:
