I am being charged 7.57 every month

I have been trying to figure out why I am being charged $7.57 USD every month by what appears to be Microsoft. I have in the past, several times, tried to get through to customer support but have been unsuccessful. I have tried to do a stop payment through my bank but have also been unsuccessful. When I log in and check my account I only see the subscription I canceled a long time ago. Is it possible that I continue to be charged for something I canceled?

    Hi Juan.Davila,

Sorry for the trouble caused at your end.

As per your description, we understand you have cancelled your Office 365 subscription, but you are still being charged. Since the procedure involves the billing team, we request you contact Microsoft Support for further help. We understand you have contacted support, but this is the only way to check what caused this behavior to your account and get the refund.

If your subscription is Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Personal, refer to this article: Contact Microsoft Support.

If you’re having Office 365 Business or Enterprise, refer to this article: Contact support for business products - Admin Help

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Hope you could resolve it sooner. Hope you are all well during this period. 😊

    Regards,

    Ivy
