How to insert a scrollable Excel table into Powerpoint?

I have an Excel table with 80 rows, which is too long to to fit onto one powerpoint slide on a suitable font size.

I wish to put the table into a powerpoint slide, such that the viewer can scroll vertically down the table.

I have searched online but nobody seems to be able to advise on this.

Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I'm sorry that it is impossible to allow viewer to scroll and viewing the presentation at same time.

If it's something important to you, then you can make a feature suggestion at PowerPoint User Voice. The PM team actively monitors that, and takes action on the most popular suggestions.

    Regards,

    Eric

No, I don't think you've missed anything. Steve is very knows PPT very well, his suggestion of linking to the spreadsheet is probably the best you can do now.

    Ok it's very clear now.

No worries if this function is not available. I'd imagine that it might be possible, but not a must-have.

I tried embedding it and it works, though in the end, I broke my table to fit into 3 slides on the ppt to make it easier for the viewer.

Thanks for all the fast response!
