Hi Govindarajan,

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community, I'm glad to offer help.

According to your description, I tested on my side, when selecting a Pivot Chart, whether it is the copy option in the context menu, in the Home tab, or the shortcut keys Ctrl + C are all working, and I can paste the copied Pivot Chart to another sheet or workbook properly.

In your case, please try to create a new workbook and check if the problem persists, if it affects the newly created workbook, there may be something wrong with the installation, you can try to perform an online repair to see if it can help you fix it: Repair an Office application

Besides, please go to File > Account to take a screenshot of the Product Information, it would be helpful for us to check if it caused by certain version, as shown below, please note to mask your email address.

Please feel free to let me know if there is any progress, I'll continue to help you.

Best Regards,

Arck

    Hi Goindarajan,

Thanks for the clarification, I just checked it in Excel online, for common charts, I can use the context menu, Home tab and Ctrl + C to copy and paste it to another sheet.

However, when I tested on a Pivot Chart in Excel, the copy option is only available in the Home tab, and even if I can click it, nothing will happen when I attempt to paste the Pivot Chart.

In this case, as Excel online does not have full functionality like the desktop app, I suggest you submit a vote in UserVoice, it is the best way to let the relevant team hear your needs, anyone's suggestion could have a chance to be adopted by Microsoft.

Considering that you are currently usingMicrosoft 365 Business Basic which doesn't include the desktop app of Office, if you have an urgent need for this, you can choose to upgrade your plan: Compare All Microsoft 365 Business Products

I'm sorry for the inconvenient to  your work, and I hope the above suggestions can help you a little, please keep me informed of any concerns.

    Best Regards,

    Arck
