When i try to save a Microsoft Word document into a PDF, it comes up with this error code, its been working for the past 8 months and all of a sudden just started to do this. I can save it as a regular document but not into a PDF?

I've tried making a new document to see if the file was corrupted but it repeated itself, any help?

    Hi, JadeHurn!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Faith, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing.

Have you tried going to File > Export > Export to pdf?

If not yet, you can give it a try.

If the issue still persists, try to repair your office.

It sounds like the problem was not in the saving but in the opening. By default, when you save as PDF, there is a check box (checked by default) for "Open file after publishing." This will open the file in your default PDF reader (which ordinarily would not be Word). For that purpose you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or some other PDF reader installed and set as the default.

Are you saying that the PDF file doesn't get created? Or is the PDF simply not opening after the conversion?

Can you start Adobe Reader (or whatever PDF software you have) and open the file from that program?
