Removing domain names

Question

I have a Samsung Model PN530U3C-AO4BE,who worked before in domain netwerk. I should like to discard all associates names from that domain and personalize the computer again. Till now the laptop worked with W 7 and I updated it till W10 -2.0 H2 - Now its working in a Sinlge modus , no network. I changed all settings in H_Key users
volatile environment, , but each time I start the laptop again - the names were identically - did not retain the changed names , I did n't find something unusual in policies . My question - how to resolve this problem ? Thanks.

Simplest solution is to clean install the operating system.
