Based on my tests, the easiest way I can thought of is like below:
- Create a new room mailbox list as group "A".
- Add room mailbox to the room mailbox list.
- When scheduling all the desks in the group "A", you could just add the room mailbox list as the recipient.
- Then, this booking will be added to all the room mailbox in this room list.
