Group resources and manage their calendar

Hello guys,

With all this situation, we have to reduce the work desks at the office. In order to do that, users will schedule their spot at the office via Outlook Calendar (each work desk will be a resource room). Those desks are physically localed in small groups of 6.

I have to find a way that, if someone wants to schedule all the desks in the group "A", he just need to do it in a single resource and would replicate to all those desks.

Is that posible to do via Exchange 365?

Please let me know your thoughts.
Cheers
Mauricio

Hi @Mauri Sas ,

Based on my tests, the easiest way I can thought of is like below:

  1. Create a new room mailbox list as group "A".

  2. Add room mailbox to the room mailbox list.

  3. When scheduling all the desks in the group "A", you could just add the room mailbox list as the recipient.

  4. Then, this booking will be added to all the room mailbox in this room list.

Hope this can be helpful.
