Open the Animation Pane (Animation Tab) and make sure that all of the videos are set to "WITH PREVIOUS"
They will probably be set to AFTER PREVIOUS which is not what you need.

Hi!
I have several slides with videos on each slide and want to play them automatically as soon as I turn on a slide. However when I change playback settings from "When clicked on" to "Automatic" and try to safe or open another slide, the settings goes back to "When clicked on".
Give me an advice please.

Dear Timur,
Sorry to hear that.
Per your description, you are using the Version 2001 Build 12430.20184, which could be released on January 30 of Monthly Channel, but the latest version for Monthly Channel should be Version2002 (Build 12527.20242). The latest updates contain most up to date feature updates and security updates, so I would like to suggest you have a try in your free time. I also tested on the version but couldn’t reproduce this issue, hope this works for you.
Feel free to post back after you get the updates.
Best Regards,
Hugo
Dear Hugo!
When I search for updates, it shows that I have the latest version of Office.
Is there a way to update PowerPoint?
In contact.
Timur
Dear Timur,
May I confirm all your colleagues are using the same version and the update channel of Office? Meanwhile, you may check whether your colleagues are experiencing the same issue.
Scenario 1: All of you are using the exact same Office product and are experiencing the same issue.
In this situation, you may have to wait for the updates released by your company.
Scenario 2: All of you are using the exact same Office product but you are the only one experiencing this issue.
Refer to this article: Repair an Office application, and perform Online Repair to check the result.
Scenario 3: Your colleagues are using different versions of Office products, which means you can directly log in to portal.office.com with your Work or School account and download Office.
If so, in your free time, completely uninstall the Office suite and re-install to check the outcomes.
3.1 Uninstall Office from a PC
3.2 Download and install or reinstall Office 365 or Office 2019 on a PC or Mac
Best Regards,
Hugo
Also made screen recordings with Automatic playback but still they played in Sequence or it is necessary to click somewhere on a slide. But after the clicking all videos start playing in the same time.
it looks like there is no other way, it is necessary to click once.
Dear Timur,
Not sure whether you have tried the suggestions above, these may be time-consuming as you may need to wait/repair/uninstall/reinstall. Just now I read through the quoted information again and tested with John's suggestion, and think it's really worth a try. But you may need the Start After Previous settings as I consider the expected behavior is like:
Anyway, I hope this helps.
Besides, really appreciate your and instructions and suggestions. @John
