few questions in mb-500 exam that have multiple answers but only one could be selected

hi, i had Yesterday (09/08/2021) the exam of Exam MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer and my id was 369-530-465. there were few questions that had multiple answers (more than 1 ) but there was not the option to select the exact number of correct solutions ( like a question had two answers to select but only one option could be selected there) how do you evaluate such type of questions.
