Converting an old MS Money file into Money in Excel

We have been using the sunsetted MS Money for years.. Have any old MS Money users transferred their files into the "Money in Excel" templete?  If so, how did you do it?

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Thuy, an Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you.

    For this task, unfortunately there is no direct tool or function which is supported by Excel to migrate MS Money file into new Money in Excel template. A workaround would be export the old file to a file format using guideline as in the link below and then you can copy/paste the transactions into Money in Excel template.
