Hi, HANA SUNG
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
If you are experiencing issues with internet access on your laptop even though other devices on the same network are able to connect without any problems, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
1. **Reset Network**
- Search for CMD, open it and find the command prompt (run it as administrator).
- In the command box that pops up, enter the following commands (after each line is completed, enter the next one)
ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /registerdns netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset netsh winhttp reset proxy - Restart the computer to see if the problem can be solved.
- Disable and Re-enable Network Adapter:
- Right-click on the network icon in the system tray and select "Network & Internet settings > "Advanced Network Settings > More Network Adapter Options.
- Right-click on your Ethernet connection, and select "Disable." Wait for a few seconds and then enable it again.
- Connect your computer to the cellular hotspot to see if the network is working properly.
- Network Adapter Settings:
- Right-click on the network icon in the system tray and select "Network & Internet settings > "Advanced Network Settings > More Network Adapter Options.
- Right-click on your Ethernet connection and select "Properties."
- Make sure that "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" is enabled and set to obtain an IP address automatically.
If there is anything not clear or I can't understand your problem, please do not hesitate to let me know.
