MS Whiteboard-Any way to use with a NON TOUCH SCREEN?

WANT TO US MS WHITEBOARD: My team all have Intel, Thinkpads and they don't have touch screens, I would like to use MS whiteboard with a pen/Stylist. Is there any set up that will work.  Additional software that we could buy to allow us to use the pen on the screen and it will act as if it was a touch screen?  I don't have the budget to replace all pcs with touch screens.

Open to other suggestions for software that would work if MS Whiteboard will not.

Whiteboard is available for all the devices running Windows 10. You want to use the external device and software like writing board to work together with whiteboard, it may depend on the compatibility of external devices or software with the windows 10 system.
