Missing forms quiz

I created lots of forms quizzes for pupils as part of their lessons over lockdown, and I am now reviewing answers as some pupils had failed to complete some of the quizzes when they were initially set and have been set them as homework. I have spent the last 20 minutes trying to find one of my quizzes and it is nowhere to be found. It is not in the deleted forms and I know I would not have deleted it, and I have tried looking for it on a different web browser.

I have a funny feeling it is not the only missing quiz as looking at my full list of quizzes there doesn't appear to be anywhere near the number that I thought I set over lockdown as I was setting them for all classes. Completely baffled, and when I click on the original URL link that I provided to pupils to get onto the quiz it still takes you to the page to fill it out, but given that the quiz does not show on my account I have no way to check new submissions and their marks which is very annoying as it is part of their home learning which they have to catch up on!

Any help appreciated.

Beth

I have just tried using incognito and the quizzes are not on there either - I have tried searching for them both by using the search bar and typing the quiz name and searching through all quizzes. I have identified that there are at least 3 quizzes no longer on my account.

I was unsure what you meant by the last bit: "Forms created from a team or an Office 365 group" - I just created the quizzes by going to the forms app via office 365 and create new quiz. the quizzes are not shared as part of a team.

    Thanks,

    Beth

    Dear Beth,

I am Renzo, as an Independent Advisor and Office user, I'll help you with your question.

You could try with following process:

    1. In any internet browser on incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N) open below link:

    https://www.office.com/launch/forms/myforms?auth=2

    1. Access with your school account, then check on the list if you have the from what you are looking for.
    2. If it's not there, you have to take in count that Forms created from a team or an Office 365 group, will be saved in the SharePoint site associated to the team/group, so you can go directly to the SharePoint site main library and find it in there.

Any doubt, let me know and have a nice day.

    Go to below link:
    https://www.office.com/launch/forms?auth=2

If you scroll down all to the bottom, you will see "My groups" section, check if you have forms inside groups. (take a look at following image).

By other hand, if your forms are not inside Recycle bin, you can verify with and old link from a shared invitation if are still works.
