Merging Multiple accounts into one (includes all acheivements into one and delete the extra accounts)

Question

I did a couple of certifications from 2 different accounts (email 1 and email 2)

I want those 2 accounts achievements to be merged and linked to the 3rd one (email 3)

After merging/linking those 2 accounts can be deleted.

Could I get help with this issue?
