How to use asp files with github webpages?

Question

I have never started a internet information service.

I asume with vscode (open in browser extension) a response.write output in the edge browser is only possible with a started internet information service instance. My question relates to the integration of server possiblities.
I do not know if the github environment might be extendet with the inernet information service.
It is not predefined. At github pages the output is not like,
