    Have you followed the below article to establish required connectivity?
    https://learn.microsoft.com/azure/site-recovery/azure-to-azure-troubleshoot-network-connectivity#issue-4-a2a-replication-failed-when-the-network-traffic-goes-through-on-premises-proxy-server-151072

    Ø For testing purposes disable proxy.

    Storage Account should have key based authentication enabled

    Ø Enable Shared key access for the Storage account and restart the replication job.

    Ø Replication should be successful.
