Change SendGrid SaaS admin account email address

I have created SendGrid SaaS subscription in Azure Portal. Unfortunately, I have found a typo in SendGrid administrator account email address and would like to change it. I could not find a way to do it.

  1. In SendGrid the Account settings marked as not allowed to edit, even if I sign in to it using Azure user used for creating SendGrid subscription
  2. SendGrid support can't help with it either. They asked to ask Azure support.
  3. Azure Portal doesn't have options to send a support request regarding SendGrid SaaS subscription.

I would like to avoid re-creating SendGrid SaaS subscription because a paid tier has been already bought.

How can I get access to change SendGrid account settings?

PS. I picked a random tag, because I could not find anything related Azure Subscriptions.

    @Aleksandr Netrebskii You can create the billing support ticket (which does not require any support plan) with us to see if they can help or provide the alternative.
