I've created a Powerpoint presentation with animations, a custom colour theme and custom fonts.
I'm wondering if there's a way to save a presentation so that others can view it without having to install the fonts and custom colour theme?
I want to keep the animations in tact so PDF wont cut the mustard unfortunately!

Since 2016 can't embed fonts, an alternative is to use one of the fonts that come with Microsoft Office. Here's a reference PDF: Useful Office Fonts. Choose a font checked in every column for maximum compatibility.

The Theme will automatically travel with the presentation file.
I don't think the ability to embed fonts became available until PowerPoint 2019 for Mac.
Further to what the others have replied, there is nothing you can do to control the manner in which other computers display color or how colors are rendered by other printers. All devices have a unique color space & the user's control is limited to the configuration of the system they work on.
