Can I add 2019 Standard Server to a SBS 2011 Domain as a SQL Server?

I have a new 2019 server standard that I am going to make and SQL server. I am having problems joining it to my existing SBS 2011 domain as just a file server. What am I missing? I just tried to add it the regular way by configuring the IP and Gateways and just joining the Domain.

Looks like an unmentioned VAULT-SERVER 10.10.10.4 ??? I can't comment since there are no files for this one.

CEMCO2 remove the 205.171.3.65 address listed for DNS, then do ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /registerdns, restart the netlogon service.

CEMCO6 remove the 10.10.10.197, 10.10.10.9 addresses listed for DNS and replace with 10.10.10.194, reboot

If problems persist after corrections then put up a new set of files to look at.
