I am currently using the 64-bit excel on Mac. I require a login to access some of the excel functionalities. The error states: "Error while sending request to server 768-unknown". This is a Mac problem. This login function works perfectly on Windows. Is there a setting I can adjust on Mac to prevent this error?
How did you login in Excel? From upper right corner or go to Account- login? Did this problem appear in all Excel files? Did you test Word document?
The excel sheet is a template I have downloaded from this website. I require excel login when I want to input information that is pulled from the server or website. For example, photos that I have uploaded to the website. Usually to access the images, I press the three dots (outlined in orange) on the excel sheet which then require me to login. But the mentioned error continues to occur. This has occurred with all excel files and does not apply to a Word document since it is a template that I have downloaded specifically for Excel.
I am not sure how excel and connection to servers logins work or function, especially for MAC. Any help for trouble shooting would be appreciated.

Did you ever find the solution to this? I am having the same problem, and I believe we are using the exact same quicksheet that is causing the problem (I am also a vendor for this company).
