File Explorer Issue

I am unable to right-click in file explorer. When I do right-click on a file, the computer just takes me back to the desktop.
I am not even able to open File Explorer from taskbar.
This is happing to most of my computers on the network. It started after restart when updates were applied. I am unable to figure out which updates is causing the issue. I tried to restore one computer to the state before the update but this didn't resolve the issue.
What could be the issue please help.
