Is there any way to find out who triggered "Rerun failed jobs"?

While it is easy to find out the original author of a Pipeline run in Azure Devops, if there are failed jobs, and someone clicks on "Rerun failed jobs", is there any way to find out who it was that triggered the Rerun?
