How does one attach tags to a virtual machine image offer on the Azure marketplace? I am publishing images via Shared Image Galleries and tried attaching tags to both the image definition and the image version and am not seeing these tags populated to the image on the marketplace.

Hello,
We have the same question: how to publish a VM image in Azure marketplace and inherit tags from the source image?
For example, we have an image in our Shared Image Gallery and this image contains some tags. Then we create an Azure Virtual Machine offer and use as a source the existing image from our Shared Image Gallery. As a result - the final image published in Azure Marketplace does not have tags:

...

}
