Why am I not seeing the certifiction for Dynamics MB-300 if I passed the exam

I passed the exam MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations on November 4th 2020 but do not have it as an active certification on my transcripts. What steps must I follow to get my certification.
