How can I transpose the workout log template I created on Microsoft Word into Microsoft Excel and have it be the same exact size?

I need to transpose the workout log template I created in Microsoft Word (in the first screenshot) into Microsoft Excel (second screenshot) because I would like to be able to gather workout data. How can I make the workout log be the same size in Microsoft Excel? It needs to be the same size because I also need to print up copies of the Excel log once it's filled with exercise data. It has to fit the paper size of 8.5 inches by 11 inches. Thank you.
