Certificates and badges Not Displaying in Microsoft Cerification Dashboard

I have completed two Microsoft Certifications (MOS-100 & MOS-101, Microsoft Word). I have received notification of Badges from Credly and accepted. The certifications appear on the Certiport website and I have also received my physical, paper certificates from Certiport; however, neither the badges nor the certificates are displayed in my Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

Any help with syncing these records will be appreciated.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
