At past places I've worked, I've been able to get a Microsoft Small to Medium Size Business account rep assigned to my company. I started a new job a few months ago and my company does not have a rep assigned at this time, that I know of. How can I request an account rep for my current company?

This should have all the information you need regarding support. If it doesn't show any representative, you can contact support from that page and request that you be assigned a representative from there.
