I believe I identified the problem. I was attempting to save files to a location with several subfolders. I was able to save files to the root folder so I believe the issue may have been that the location/name had too many characters.

    Hi dtgno,

I go through the post carefully, based on the error message, it seems that you get error when try to save a file to SharePoint folder, here are some suggestions:

    1. If you get error when upload file to SharePoint in browser, to check if the issue related to browser you are using, try change to another browser or open the library in InPrivate window and check the result.
    2. If you use OneDrive to sync SharePoint library, to check if the issue related to OneDrive app, try reset it and check the result: Reset OneDrive - support.microsoft.com

We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial suggestions may not resolve the problem very soon. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, Please kindly provide more information below to let us work further.

    1. Have you changed anything before the issue?
    2. Can you share a screenshot of the error message with us?
    3. Does the issue happen when you save files to other libraries?
    4. Did you upload files from browser or from OneDrive sync client?

    Regards,

    Clark
