Migrating from one sp13 farm to other

I have a migration for one sp2013 farm to other.
The overall plan is to recreate the new farm with 2012 R2 OS and SQL 2014 and then attach the databases.

I have little bit of confusion regarding Search.
How I can bring the crawl rules and custom managed properties of the existing search application to the new farm?
Is there any script for that?

Do I need to restore the search databases as well?

Thanks

Hi anonymous user,

You could migrate search administration database to bring the crawl rules and custom managed properties to the new farm. The search administration database stores search configuration data, such as the topology, crawl rules, query rules, and the mappings between crawled and managed properties. Your custom managed properties
and crawl rules will be still displayed in search admin center after migration.
