i can not see any option in azure to upload my appdata using ftp or vs code

i m new to azure but i have learn some python basics and want to create python app using azure. I have done coding in pycharm and i want to upload in my azure free account i cant show any option regarding upload my files . please help me on this

    Regarding deployment via VS Code, I would suggest starting with this tutorial here. Specifically the section on Publish your application to Azure App Service with Visual Studio Code

    Ensure that you have created your Azure Web App in the portal, that way you'll see your web app when completing the above steps.
