Exchange 2016 cu19 hybrid

We have Windows Server 2019 with Exchange 2016 CU19?
We want to update to exchange CU20.
But we have also a hybrid situation (O365).

For CU20 there is needed: schema, ad and domain update;

I can update to CU20, that is clear to me. But which steps do I have to take to do everything right (following procedures) to also update the 365 environment?

So when I have updated to CU20 do I have to run Adconnect again? Do I have to run HCW again? How can I see that everything is alright?
During CU20 do I also have to update the AD on 365? how? I read some settings with /TenantOrganizationConfig, but it isn't really clear to me because others does not mention this parameter.

Is there someone who can list shortly the needed steps?

Thanks for your feedback.
Kurt

    @IRC Admin

    First, Exchange 2016 doesn't supported installed on Windows server 2019(You may could install successfully, but there may be some unknown issues):

    So, I would suggest you create a new Exchange 2016 CU 20 on a new Windows server 2016 to coexist this old one, then rerun HCW to switch hybrid server from old one to new one.

    If you don't want to change it to the supported topology. You could try to update Exchange from CU 19 to CU 20 directly(double click the CU 20 Setup file). After that, just try to rerun HCW to update configuration. There doesn't need other action.

    Here is detailed information about running HCW: Exchange/Office 365 Hybrid Configuration Wizard – step by step guide
