Cannot register for PearsonVue Exam PL-100

Hi,
I’m trying to register for the PL-100 Exam with Pearson VUE, but I’m unable to complete the registration.
In the final step, when the page is moving into Pearson, I receive the error below:

I tried to do this in different browsers (Edge included) and tried to clear cache and cookies. Always giving the same error.

When I contacted Pearson team, they say it is a Microsoft error, since the account does not exist yet in their systems.

Can somebody help?
