Messages per partition

Hi All, can we partition data let’s 1000 messages per partition in the event hub ? Is there any min and max size per partition defined? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

The number of partitions is specified at the time of creating an event hub. It must be between 1 and the maximum partition count allowed for each pricing tier.

The following table shows limits that may be different for basic, standard, and dedicated tiers.
