- What troubleshooting steps you've done so far?
- Can you please provide us a photo of the step by step process of exporting? You may consider uninstalling and reinstalling your OneNote app. If you're using OneNote 2016 you can reinstall it from here after uninstalling: Install or reinstall OneNote for Windows.
Note: Please make sure that all of your Notebooks are synced online to avoid any data loss. You can access your Notebooks online by going into www.onenote.comand sign in with your account.
